Terms &Conditions for online shop

Our customer service is in Finnish and English languages.
Suodatinmaailma sells products online. We sell our products to adult individuals in Finland and in the EU. Prices areinclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices and postage charges.
How to order
The products can be orderedonline at:www.filterworld.eu through the shopping cart system. Orders are confirmed by email, stating the price, delivery charge and the item(s) ordered. Order confirmation requires customers’e-mail address. Customers are requested to inform their email address when placing order. The customer agrees to every valid terms & conditions.
We will send you order confirmation by e-mail with:
• the reference number
• information on the order
• the invoice total
The registered users can follow the status of the order through users account.
Products and their postage charges are paidat the time of placing order. Online Shop uses the following payment methods: Nordea, OKO Bank, Sampo, Tapiola, Act, Noah, local cooperative banks, Savings Bank, Handelsbanken, SPankki, The Bank of Åland as well as credit cards. Payment will be carried out through Finland Paytrail Oyj's website. Payments can also be made in cash-on-delivery, as well as by using Collector-Invoice.
Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the Payment Processor and payment service provider in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. When paying with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail Oyj is shown as the payee in the bill and laterit forwards the payment to the merchant (www.suodatinmaailma.fi). Paytrail Oyj has licence from payment institution to provide such services.

Online Banking Service
Netbanking payment service is carried out by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. The service functions like a conventional online payment.
We deliver the product after the payment appears in our account. We also offer cash-on-delivery service for our products. Our account No. FI10 5338 0220 0528 17, Suodatinmaailma, payment will be made according to order confirmation.
We deal with the orders during business hours after the payment is made. In case the order has been paid by making a bank transfer, we reserve 5 working days for the order to be void if the transfer has not been completed.
We offer the option to pay by invoice or instalment payment in cooperation with Collector, which is the invoicing service of Collector Credit AB. Payment is possible for up to € 1,000 purchases.When you choose to pay by invoice Collector / partial payment, then you will receive the delivery of the products to your home prior to payment. You can pay the whole amount at once or divide your payment into a few instalments.
The invoice is due until the last day of the following month, which is why You can have up to 60 days interest-free payment period. € 2.95 billing fee is added to the invoice. When You select an invoice or instalment payment, You can order only to our permanent address, and You must be the age of 20 years. We do credit checks in connections with orders. Overdue and outstanding invoices will be charged 5 eurofor reminder of payment, as well as we charge 1.6% monthly interest from the delayed period.
We deliver products every business day. Depending on banking access, delivery takes 1-3 business days after the payment is made. Information on product-specific delivery times could be found at our product page.If a product is temporarily out of stock, we inform our customers the new delivery date by e-mail.
Delivery method and costs
Delivery charges include all postage and packaging costs. You can find the delivery costs atthe shopping cart page (payment & delivery method).
We deliver orders in package, and the customers can check status of their orders online with item code. The following are thedelivery charges:
Delivery charge in Finland 8.90€
The order will be delivered in Parcel Post to the customer location. When the order is ready to pick up, the customer is informed with a text message. Products can also be ordered on the basis of cash-on-delivery service and the payment will be made when the product is picked up from post office with an extra postal charge of € 4,00.
Postal charge for home delivery 12,90 €
Order will be delivered to the specific delivery address indicated by the customer. Itella will contact the customer individually and agree with the date &time of delivery. If the recipient is not available after two phone calls , a call-back card will be sent to him to agree on the delivery date.
Postin pakettiautomaatti 8.90 €
Order will be delivered in packet to the Posti's Parcel Point machine, which the customer has specified at the time of placing order. Once the package is ready to be picked up, the customer receives a text message with thekey code for the locker.
Delivery to the EU-Countries:
We supply our products to all the EU countries. The overseas deliveries are made in postal parcels, depending on the destination country, to the address provided by the customer or to the nearest post office.
Delivered to the recipient or a pickup point in the destination country.
The item will be stored for 14 days after the attempted delivery of notification of arrival. The Parcel Connect service is produced in cooperation with DHL and Bring.
Exchange and Refund
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act the customer has 14 calendar days to exchange or return the product. The Return Policy applies only to the unused items in the original packaging.

Please attach the following information together with the returned product:
• your order number, name, address, e-mail and phone number
• your bank account number (IBAN and BIC)
• a copy of the order confirmation or receipt from Suodatinmaailma
We do not accept returns after 14 days of delivery. When the return product is
received, approved and processed, the money will be refunded to your bank account.
Problem with delivery transport and defective products
If the product is lost on the way of delivery, damaged or if we delivered the wrong item to a customer, the customer must immediately notify this to email: email@example.com. Notification on incorrect delivery or defective products has to be made within 14 days after receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, complaints must be made immediately to the post office.
We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery. The customer must readthe valid terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products.
